Last Cheese for Cheese Making Class Today!
TODAY at 1:00pm BACCO Restaurant Charleston - Mount Pleasant Chef & Owner Michael Scognamiglio will be here teaching a #cheesemaking class! He's going to teach the basic technique to make homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Each student will pull a ball of fresh mozzarella and take it home to impress and share with his/her family. Chef Michael will also prepare a dish that is perfect for each fresh cheese made. *This instructional class will be 1 1/2 hours long. Cost $30. Only a few seats left, so call now to book your spot!
