Want that perfect medium rare every time? The staff will put on a fiery show while sharing this popular technique combining an initial indirect low temp cook with a direct high temp sear finish. Also discussed will be the importance of resting meats after cooking, the “carry over,” and demonstrate a simple board dressing that adds exceptional flavor and pizazz to the presentation. A juicy, pink, tender steak is guaranteed every time! A “two for the price of one” class, we’ll also demonstrate a favorite surf dish – crab stuffed and planked lobster tail.
