Give the oven a rest and put your Egg to the test! We will share their tried and true methods of preparing the big bird, indirect cooking setup, temperature control, use of probe thermometers, and choices of wood chunks and chips for smoke. We’ll also demonstrate a few BGE twists on some classic Thanksgiving side dishes.
