🇮🇪For the pastrami you’ll need to pick up corned beef from your local supermarket. Make sure you’re stocked up on charcoal as well as the following from @thecoastalcupboard :
– Lane’s Ancho Espresso Rub
– Smoking Chunks (we used hickory & apple)
– Drip Pan
🥪For the sandwiches you’ll need:
– Rye Bread
– Sauerkraut
– Swiss Cheese
– Dressing (we used Lane’s Sorta White)
– Optional Mustard & Pickles
