I use this every day! The new thing is to drink a cup of hot lemon water before consuming anything else… it’s supposed to boost your metabolism and give you a nice little cleanse. With that being said, my lemon water never has seeds and I get all the juice out of that lemon than I can! I also use it to spruce up my sparkling water with a little lime juice!
