Prep this the night before and pop it in the oven the morning of! Follow along as Sheri shares her family’s favorite Breakfast Casserole!
2-1/2 cups seasoned croutons
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 lbs jimmy dean sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
10 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Red clay hot sauce
1 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 TBL parsley
Salt & Pepper
Brown Sausage. Whisk together milk and eggs, then add cream of mushroom soup, fresh herbs, dry mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper. In a prepared casserole dish layer croutons, browned sausage, onions, and mushrooms (optional). Pour egg mixture over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Refrigerate covered over night Bake uncovered 375 55-60 min
