A go-to gadget in my kitchen is the Microplane Zester/Grater. Can’t imagine making my favorite Lemon Bread recipe without it! Perfect for zesting my citrus fruits, grating parmesan cheese on to the pizza off the grill, ginger for that Asian dish and chocolate on the top of the cappuccino. A must have in my kitchen!
