“THE HONEYBEE”
What you’ll need…
1 1/2 oz Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic
2 oz Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
1 tbsp of honey
2 oz of soda water
Splash of Prosecco
3 strawberries (per drink)
Basil for garnish
Ice
Extra glass
Follow these steps…
1. Muddle 2 strawberries, sliced in half, into the cocktail shaker
2. Add Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka, Jack Rudy Elderflower
Tonic, and honey
3. Add a few cubes of ice and shake
4. Strain the mixture into your serving glass of choice
5. Add soda water
6. Add a splash of Prosecco
7. Pour into the extra glass and then pour right back into
your serving glass to mix all ingredients together
8. Add a strawberry to the rim and basil leaf for a garnish
Served best over ice on a hot summer night with your best friends. Cheers!
