1 Pound Fresh Green Beans
3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
Salt and Pepper or Rub of Choice
1/2 Package of bacon, cooked
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Container French’s Fried Onions

For the Big Green Egg: Set up for direct heat at 425. Toss green beans in oil and seasoning. Place the grilling plate directly on the coals of the fire. In small batches cook the green beans in 3-5 minute intervals, turning every minute until they have a good char on the outside.

For the oven: Toss green beans in oil and seasoning. Place under broiler for about 5 minutes, turning every 1 minute to char evenly. After the beans are charred, give them a rough chop and toss together with soup, bacon, and 1/2 of the fried onions. Place in 8×8 baker and cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!!!
