Recipe Below

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag – Frozen Shredded Potatoes
1/8 cup fresh chives, chopped fine
2 C shredded cheese (we used a mixture of cheddar and Gouda)
1/2 package of bacon, cooked and crumbled.
½ stick of butter unsalted butter
2 cups – sour cream
1 teaspoon seasoning of choice (we used Lane’s Cubano)
Panko crumbs

 

DIRECTIONS: Pre-heat Grill to 400 degrees. Set up direct. Mix all ingredients (except panko) in a bowl, then form into 4” cakes, roll in Panko Crumbs and arrange on soaked cedar plank. Place the plank directly on the grill grid. Pull them off the grill when warm and golden brown (15-20 minutes) Oven Variation: combine all ingredients except panko and pour into a greased 9×13” baking dish. Sprinkle panko crumbs over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
