Preheat your Big Green Egg to 350. Butter a 13×9 inch pan and place the bread into it. In a large mixing bowl combine the cream, milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and pour it over the bread. Refrigerate overnight. Combine the bacon, pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup and butter and place on top of each slice of bread. Bake for 30-40 minutes until puffed and golden crust.
